0056928: Cash Management Search Key missing the withdrawal events

DescriptionCash Management Search Key is updated for Deposits events and not Withdrawal events
Steps To ReproduceAs per the linked issue, during fix we missed adding the deposits events into account
Proposed SolutionThe Cash Management Search Key value should get updated with both Withdrawal and Deposits Cash Management Events
