0005680: Process button in Import File Loader screen has no identifier

Description

In master data management -> import data -> import file loader.
The button with label "Process" can't be located using the identifier.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to master data management -> import data -> import file loader.
View page source. (it's easier to find the elements with firebug)

This is the process button/link that's missing the identifier.
