0056690: Possible to refund Gift Cards already expired.

DescriptionIt is possible to refund a gift card in POS already expired, it should be blocked.
Steps To Reproduce1. Login POS
2. Search for a Gift Card already expired in the Gift Cards Browser in the POS.
3. Try to refund the expired Gift Card.
4. You can refund without any issue.
Proposed SolutionForbid the Gift Card Refund for a Gift Card of any type (G/L Item, Credit note or product) that is already expired.
