0056590: Module transformtopdf zxing version conflict with portuguese fiscalization module

DescriptionThe version of zxing libraries in module org.openbravo.mobile.transformtopdf must be the same version as in module org.openbravo.localization.portugal.fiscalization

The best option is to have a common module with the library, It might be mobile.core or a new module
