0056184: OPECOM- Incompatibility with Discounts

DescriptionIt is needed to have the option to configure incompatibilities between OPECOMs and Discounts.

Approach agreed by Product is to have a subtab "INCOMPATIBLE COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS" in DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS window.
