0056042: When a Product List For Labels is created, it does not allow to select all the assortments in the pop up

DescriptionWhen a Product List For Labels is created, it does not allow to select all the assortments in the pop up, it only allows to select the ones that have been created at * level
Steps To ReproduceVideo reproducing the issue attached

- Go to Product List For Labels window
- Create a new one at * level
- Press Add Products orange button
- When selecting the drop down menu of assortment, it only allows to select the ones created at * level instead having the possibility of selecting all the assortments

Fixed ISSUE-56042: Added extra validation and displayed all assortment if organization is 0.
