| Description | On 'Promotions' tab on the customer 360 view of a customer, promotion with CRM Propery condition are not displayed in the list | |||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | In the backoffice, a promotion automatic is configured to target a customer based on a CRM Property condition (See BO promo CRM property condition.png) Login in POS with a correct user on the channel touchpoint linked to a store targeted by ongoing promotions Assign to the ticket a customer targeted by the previous promotion with CRM Propery condition (See POS customer with CRM property condition.png) Navigate to 'Promotions' tab on the customer 360 view Check the datas in the grid => The promotion with CRM Propery condition is not displayed in the list (see POS promo CRM property condition not displayed.png) However, if I add a product to the ticket, the promotion is well applied, so the customer is well targeted (see POS promo CRM property condition applied.png) | |||||||||||
