0055385: OTF coupons aren't send by mail

DescriptionWhen creating a coupon OTF, the coupon is printed if the user chose to print ticket, but it isn't sent by mail (so the customer doesn't get its coupon)
Steps To ReproduceOn a BackOffice
Define a mail server
Define an OTF coupon generation rule
Define the channel touchpoint type to allow print or mail sending

On a pos
Do a sell to generate a coupon
Chose Mail + print

The coupon is printed, but not sent by mail
