0005528: Import File Loader improper count of inserted records

Description

When loading a working csv file using the Import File Loader, the system outputs an improper count of records inserted into temporary tables.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate to Master Data Management || Import Data || Import File Loader
2. Open working .csv file with for example 3 records.
3. Click "Process"
4. Review results "Records inserted in the temporary table: 4" (Incorrect should be 3)

Proposed Solution

Please apply patch.
