| Description | Scenario : do a reception without item. Example : issue = 2 received = 0 Actual result : this reception does not appear in report 11 Expected result : it should appear. And included in the reception with gaps filter. Reception with gaps/lost with Yes and No as choices Lost = reception equal 0 instead of X quantities. ======================== When reception quantity is 0, then the Receipt Time in Distribution Order Receipt is not set. This makes data in the report to not be visible (the report checks DOR confirmed on the current date) | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | - connect to AWO, role AWO_US_W - set in the profile Organization and Warehouse to US West Coast - create a new distribution order : Main Menu Distribution Order -> New DO - set Warehouse receipt US East Coast -> Start Distribution Order - add one or a few products - confirm (DONE) - from the Main Task Menu, open the issue task and confirm it with the same quantity as during the DO creation - connect to backoffice, go to Distribution Order Receipt - identify the DO that was previously created and click on Receive and assign it to user AWO_US_E user - connect to AWO, role AWO_US_E - set in the profile Organization and Warehouse to US East Coast - refresh tasks - notice the DOR is now visible in the task list - receive 0 items, from the total X previously set during DOI creation - select SKIP DELTA if asked - go back to the backoffice, notice that in the Distribution Order Reception Header the "Receipt Time" field is not set. Open report 11 real time, set the filter Reception with gaps to Yes, notice that the order with 0 quantities received is not shown | |||||||
