0005472: create.database fails in trunk with: SQL Command failed with: ERROR: column c.issyncdatabase does not exist

DescriptionThe view ad_table_post_v still references the fields issyncdatabase from the AD_COLUMN table, but this field was removed in r8186.
Steps To Reproducetry ant create.database with rev = 8420 (tested on postgres 8.3)
Proposed Solutionfix the view definition.
