0053562: Allow to permanently change Currency Symbol

Description

If we change the field 'symbol' in the window 'Currency' once a new compilation of code is done its value is reset.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to window Currency
Change the parameter Symbol for currency, for example, EUR
Do a code compilation
Changes are reverted
