0053557: POS 2 translations [it_IT, es_ES, pt_PT, fr_FR] release

Description

Check if we can include following features in the translation generation script (explained here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-qGQ8x6Kk5QlsQkcCkmYUhfE1SY5xcgNZGR4wHI2Pa4 [^]):

- Module and dependency definition
- Validate the translation length
- Register module in forge
- Add module and dependency to translations.json.
- Configure module license in butler.
