Summary

0053524: AR Receipt document type not copied by Copy store and all payments are associated to the same document

DescriptionCopy store is not copying the document type AR Receipt.

If Store A has his own AR Receipt document and I generate store B, C, D using copy store...based on Store A, the AR Receipt is not copied.

This implies that the payments done on the stores B,C.D...will not have their own AR Receipt.

If they don´t have it, they will use the Legal entity organization AR Receipt (if configured). This means that all the payments of the stores will use the same document type and share the same document sequence.

This generate concurrency/ performance problems and that the right approach is to use their own AR Receipt.



Steps To ReproduceIn Livebuils:

1. Check document types of Vallblanca store-->See it has a document type AR Receipt.


 2.Go to Copy Retail store and use Vallblanca to generate a new store(see values entered in attachment).

3.Go to document types and check the documents created for the new store-->AR Receipt is missing
Proposed SolutionCopy store should copy AR Receipt as this document is needed for the payment in.
If all stores use the same document type and share the same sequence this might generate performance issues.

 Already fixed using the new field Document types for payment Copy store will copy it.
