Summary

0053180: 'Issue Order' is disabled if view it from the 'Orders'

DescriptionI created an Order and clicked on 3 dots in the list of 'Orders' to select 'Issue Order', but it was disabled.
If I open this Order, then click on 3 dots above the ‘Review Payments’ button in the 'Main' window and go to the list of 'Orders', the 'Issue Order' option is enabled, but should be disabled
Steps To Reproduce1.Go to Vall Blanca Store using:
- login: vallblanca
- password: openbravo
2.Pick the icon in the top right corner of the 'Order' area -> Select 'Pick up in Store' delivery mode
3.Select Arturo Montoro customer
4.Add 'Avalanche transceiver' to the Order -> Click 'Pay' -> 'Cash' -> Click 'Done' button
5.Go to Main menu -> 'Orders' -> Select created Order -> Click on 3 dots at the end of the Order line
6.Pay attention to the 'Issue order' option

Actual result: 'Issue Order' option is disabled

7.Open created Order
8.Click on 3 dots above the ‘Review Payments’ button ->'Issue Order'
9.Go to 'Orders' -> Select created Order -> Click on 3 dots at the end of the Order line
10.Pay attention to the 'Issue order' option

Actual result: 'Issue Order' option is enabled
