0052938: Update npm libraries to their latest version

Description
npm audit reports problems which should be fixed by updating versions in the package-lock.json

Regular update of all those libraries every release to their latest release inside the declared compatibility scope (semver as configured)

Start estimating the remainder which each requires a small project to move those one by one

Proposed SolutionCreate an script with logs and information about npm update process to include on a automated task to execute it regularly.
