0004979: Not posted dialog has an information icon without information

Description

When you click not posted button, a dialog appears (see attached image). It has a dark grey section that is used by the rest of dialogs to give information. This dialog has that section empty.

Steps To Reproduce

(http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Acceptance_Testing#Procurement_management [^] - 4. Accounting Purchase Invoice)

    * Login as userA
    * Go to Procurement management->Transactions->Purchase invoice
    * Click "Not Posted" and click OK

Proposed Solution

Add an informative text or remove the information icon.
