0049370: It should not be possible to change mandatory "Tax Rate" Information, once a tax rate has been included in a document

DescriptionIt should not be possible to change mandatory "Tax Rate" Information, once a tax rate has been included in a document, as it is always possible to create a new one if required.

The aim of this is not to change the name of even the rate of a Tax Rate which has already be included in a valid document, which could have been given to a final consumer.
Steps To ReproduceGo to OB backoffice and try to change the name and the Rate of an existing Tax Rate with Linked items. It is possible to do whatever change you may think on. That should not be possible.
