0049098: Some user profiles can deliver sales and others don't

DescriptionSome user profiles can deliver sales and others don't
Steps To ReproduceSome user profiles can deliver sales and others can't.
When I click 'issue sales order' it creates an invoice. If there is an access missing for that user in the backend that process fails.

If you go to the role access window and give access to invoice and the applications table (touchpoint) it works again.
I think this is a problem because the user sees that the shipment is done but it fails.
Plus, the error is not clear in the frontend.

The seller user can't deliver sales.
The CarterCash user (user with all rights) can.
