0048626: Create a mechanism to detect API changes in the Openbravo Business API

DescriptionIt would be nice to have a mechanism that would be able to detect API changes in the Openbravo Business API. This mechanism would be included in CI to detect this changes automatically and inform/warn developers when an API break happens.
