0047176: It is not possible to add a note to a product that's not in a menu

DescriptionIt should be possible to add a note to a product, althought it is not in a menu.

For example, adding a burger should allow to add a note, without it being part of a menu.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open WebPOS
2. Add a product
3. Click on ticket line of product, check there's no option to add a note

That option is available on a menu item, but not if the product has been added outside of the menu.
Proposed SolutionAdd "Add note" button to ticket line popover and allow adding notes to all products.
