0047060: Problems when printing the notification template with "consolidated products"

DescriptionWhen configuring the system to consolidate products in the same ticket, for products that require notification, there are two problems with the notification templates:
- First, when a menu is marked to be notified, both the menu itself and the individual products are printed. Only the individual products should be printed.
- Second, if the same product appears in multiple lines, the lines are not aggregated in the notification template, but shown in multiple lines instead.
Steps To ReproduceConfigure the system to consolidate products for the notification templates.
Create an order with a menu, and multiple lines for the same product.
Verify that products are not consolidated, and that both the menu product and the individual products are printed.
