0046989: Adding possibility to add organization in the edl request creation process

DescriptionIt would be convenient to be able to specify the organization when creating a EDL Request using the ProcessRequest.createRequest API. This would allow for instance, if the EDL Process supports it, to schedule a single process in a high-level organization instead of having to schedule one request in each organization.
