0045348: replace use of Apache HttpClient with JDK HttpClient

Description

JDK11 introduced a new HttpClient (JEP-321 [1]). Once the minimum supported JDK is 11 (0044064) in 21Q1.

With the goal of 0045347 to remove this dependency, Apache HttpClient [1] usage should be replaced with JDK's.
