0045223: Fail when "Azure endpoint" is misconfigured

DescriptionIn Azure Storage Configuration window, if an azure endpoint contains extra information at the end, it is not checked by the "Verify Azure Configuration" process and it doesn't fail when it should.
Steps To ReproduceAdd an Azure endpoint as so:
https://%s.blob.core.windows.net/extrainfo [^]

This will make Azure try to upload files to:
https://%s.blob.core.windows.net/extrainfo/<container-name> [^]

instead of
https://%s.blob.core.windows.net/<container-name> [^]
Proposed SolutionFail when the Azure endpoint is misconfigured or not reachable.
