0044591: When a ticket with a coupon is deleted, the coupon is set a Not available

DescriptionWhen a draft ticket with a coupon (defined with 'Expired after 1 use=Yes) is deleted, the coupon is set a Not available and it shouldn't.

Proposed SolutionThe shouldn't be marcked as 'Not available' if the ticket is deleted.
