Name = IVA Esente art. 10 DPR 633/72
Description = IVA Esente art. 10 DPR 633/72 - Insurances

Existing tax category "IVA Essente art. 2 DPR 633" must be renamed as:
IVA Esclusa art. 2 DPR 633/72

Related to BUG-44548: Modified Tax Rate type as Sales instead
of Both, set Data Set Table to exclude audit info, hence
removed audit info from the datasets for TaxRate, TaxCategory
and Business Partner Tax Category
