0004453: Head diff & Base diff targets should be removed

Description

The Head diff [1] and Base diff [2] should be removed since this functionality is already provided by the Eclipse plugins Subclipse and Subversive.
Also the documentation should be updated, remove the references to this "external" tools and explain the way to do it with the svn plugin (Subclipse, Subversive)
