Fixed BUG-44505: Unable to do new loyalty subscription in customer edit popup
* Loyalty Subscription field in customer edit popup is read only, therefore unable to do subscription
* Removed Readonly for Loyalty Subscription field in customer edit popup, therefore allows subscription

* Also fixed issue on closing customer view popup after saving new subscription
* This is because 'customerView' is added to navigationPath twice
* Fixed by skipping addition 'customerView' to navigationPath if already exists
