Two "User Defined Amount" discounts are not applied correctly on the same product

Steps To Reproduce

BACKEND:

1) With preference "Web POS Use advanced discounts engine" = Y and N (Both cases)

2) Define a "User Defined Amount" discount.

WEB POS:

1) Open a new terminal

2) Add a product.

3) Try to add the previous discount two times.

EXAMPLE IN WEB POS: See image attached

1) All mountain ski board Cham with price = 100

2) Alpine Poles with price = 200

3) Try to add the discount disc_5_var_euro with quantity = 20

4) Try to add the discount disc_5_var_euro with quantity = 30

-> Only the first discount is applied.
