0041400: Translation errors to French (FR)

DescriptionThere are some french translations missing or wrong.
Back Office:
Region translation to french is incorrect, it says “Région” whereas it should say “Département”. It appears in many places, for example in window Business Partner and tab Location/Address (see attached image)
Also Product translation should be improved, it says "Article" whereas it should say "Produit"
Web POS:
Missing some menu entries translations (ie: Open Receipt), filters not translated (of Filtre Avancé, neither receipt type), module of printing and sending by mail not translated, some error messages not translated, change Loyalty Card popup not translated
Steps To Reproduce*Install the France Localization Community Edition (pack) module
*Install the concrete module to have the Web POS in french
BACK OFFICE
*select french as language
*go to window “Tiers” (Business Partner), tab “Adresse” (Location/Adress), try to enter an address and see the translation here (as in the image attached)
*go to "Article" (Product) window (to see this one too)
WEB POS
*Menu>Open Receipt (not translated)>Filtre avancé (filters are not translated, as Date From)
* Menu>Open Receipt> receipt type is not translated (example: Quotation, Layaway, ...)
*Menu> other menu entries are not translated (like Create Quotation from Order)
*module of printing and sending by mail isn’t translated neither
*click on business partner, client details, change Loyalty Card, this "Select a Loyalty Program" isn’t translated

Retail with translation.
FR localizations are now available (in CS) starting from 19Q3.4.

In regards to backoffice translation, please open a separate issue.

Please do not mix in the same issue several topics.
