0004098: Connection pool button on Session Preferences is not implemented yet so it should be hidden

DescriptionOn session preferences, I have a Connections pool button, that when clicked shows a Non Implemented Yet message. Since it is useless, it should be marked as hidden by default.
Steps To Reproduce1. As System Administrador, go General Setup || Application || Session Preferences
