0040951: Reset Accounting Process do not unpost a document if all the accounting entries dates are not included in the date range

DescriptionReset Accounting Process do not unpost a document if all the accounting entries dates are not included in the date range.

When posting a Cost Adjustment document, the accounting entry created could have different accounting dates than the document's accounting date
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
Go to Product window and add a Manual Cost Adjustment to the first input transaction of Cerveza Ale 0.5L product in 2019:
      Total Cost Amount: 1000000
      Accounting date: transaction date (09-01-2019)
      Incremental: Y
      Unit Cost: Y

Go to Open/Close Period Control window and check all the periods of 2019 are opened

Check the Cost Adjustment created have today's date as Reference date and transaction dates as accounting dates in its lines
   Post it
Go to Reset Accounting window and launch the process by selecting Delete existing Accounting Entries option:
      Table: M_CostAdjustment
      Try with different dates:
         1) Starting date = Ending Date = first accounting date (09-01-2019).
No records are deleted (Number of unposted documents = 0, Number of deleted journal entries = 0)
         2) Starting date = Ending Date = reference date (today)
No records are deleted (Number of unposted documents = 0, Number of deleted journal entries = 0)
         3) Starting date = first accounting date (09-01-2019)
Ending date = last accounting date (19-03-2019)
The document is unposted (Number of unposted documents = 1, Number of deleted journal entries = 28)
