0040896: Address field should be related to Business Partner fiend in Item Declaration

Description

An address not related to the customer selected is allowed to be selected

Steps To Reproduce

+Open a sales order in backend with an orderline including Item Declaration
+Check that an address not related to the customer selected is allowed to be selected

Proposed Solution

The field address should display only addresses related to the customer previously selected
