0004085: On PostgreSQL I cannot create IBAN accounts

Description

On PostgreSQL I cannot create IBAN accounts. An error about a missing CONCAT function appears.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go Master Data Management || Business Partner || Business Partner >> Bank Account
2. Create a new record. Fill all the mandatory fields. Complete IBAN field with a valid IBAN number and check the Show IBAN.
3. Save. An error message appears:

ERROR: function concat(text, integer) does not exist
