0004079: In both Oracle and PostgreSQL it should be possible to create the database with a given user and schema

DescriptionOn most companies were Systems department has a separate database administration, it would be not possible to have DBA access on installation time. Instead of that, before beginning with installation a DB schema and user will be provided.
Setup should consider this issue. Nowadays it is not supported.
