0040776: ResetAccounting.hasProcessing is not using bind-parameters

Description

This code is not using bind-params:

    String hql = " select count(*) from ADColumn where table.id = '" + strTableId + "' "
        + " and lower(dBColumnName) = 'processing'";
    Query<Long> query = OBDal.getInstance().getSession().createQuery(hql, Long.class);
