0040677: API change: most product properties in the order JSON can be removed

Currently all product properties are included in the order JSON we send to the backend. This is completely redundant, as it's a copy of the information of the product we already have in the back office.

We have verified that we can remove almost all properties in the product without affecting either main Core functionality, or any current external modules, and by doing it we can save up more than 35% of the total information currently sent to the backend when a ticket is processed, which would be a very good optimisation particularly for customers with slow networks.
