0040487: Coin amounts should be rounded to POS Precision once they are summed up

DescriptionCoin amounts should be rounded to POS Precision once they are summed up

The user case of this configuration is a shop that have the coins of EUR currency for example but wants all their total amounts to be integers
Steps To ReproduceIn the backoffice:
   Set the POS Precision of EUR to 0 (All the amounts will be rounded to the next integer)

In the POS:
   Create a ticket
   Add a product
   Click on it's total amount
   Select Cash
   Click on 0.50 twice
   Check a payment of 2 has been included in the screen

   Click 0.20 5 times
   Check the payment amount is not modified

   Do the cash up
   Select 2 coins of 0.20, 4 coins of 0.10 and 5 coins of 0.05
   Check the counted amount remains as 0 although the sum of all the coins is 1.05
