DescriptionBusiness partner filtering in name column discriminate between marked vowel and not marked.
Ex:
IF you have a name like Ramírez and you type Rami it does not suggest Ramírez.
Steps To Reproduce* Go to Business partner window
* Create a Business partner with a marked vowel if doesn't exist
* Try to search filtering by name without marking the vowel
