0039145: Pending Occupancy calculation in partial unbox

Description

Imagine we have a RI with 2 storage details.

We create an unbox task for just one storage detail (either partially or totally).

The pending occupancy for the bin where the RI is stored (task's locator from) should NOT be updated, because the RI is still there with the other storage detail. Right now the system does not detect the partial unbox and it wrongly consider that the RI will fully disappear from the current bin.

Note that the pending occupancy for the locator where the storage detail will be unboxed (task's locator to) is properly updated.

Steps To Reproduce

Allow to Box/UnBox in Storage Area
Define the AUM Conversion to Pallets for Big Box (1 unit 1 pallet)
Change the Capacity of the Bins in Storage Area to allow to store 10 pallets each (to be able to see significant change in capacities)
Box some products, the occupancy goes up by 10%
Unbox only one product, the pending occupancy goes down by 10% (this is wrong, this should only happen when everything is unboxed)
When completing the Task both occupancies are calculated correclty
When the full box is unboxed everything is calculated correctly
