0039099: Window Warehouse Ops column Attribute: Should not include the Ref#

Description

1) The Ref# is redundant here since there is a separate column for it.
2) It does not allow to filter on (only) the lot and follow it (unbox, move, pick, box, ...) because the filter includes the Ref#
