0039078: make it possible to differentiate whether processes should be executable on non writable organizations

DescriptionCurrently process buttons in generated windows are executable regardless the organization the record is in. For example a role with write access to only F&B US East Coast organization and access to Sales Order window is able to execute actions on records defined in F&B US although those records are seen as read only.

Depending on the concrete process this behavior might or not make sense. Currently those processes where it should not be allowed, must check it and fail if executed for a non-writable organization. But there is no way to make explicit in the UI whether the process should or not be executed.
Steps To Reproduce-
Proposed SolutionAdd a new flag to Process (and Process Definition) with two possible values:
1. "Does not require Organization write access" (default value to keep backwards compatibility)
The behavior of these processes will be current one: enabled for all records that can be seen regardless they are writable or not.

2. "Requires Organization write access"
These buttons will be disabled in records that belonging to the natural tree of writable organizations, are not in a writable one.

Note this change will not affect visualization of buttons is read-only windows: they will continue being visible applying these new rules.
