0038572: Show custom messages in OTF creation validation

Description

In OTF product creation window, it is possible to add validations to properties in order to follow some rules.

The message shown if any of this validation fails is "Check mandatory field", and the focus is set in the property with error.

Give the posibility to set a custom error message in the property. See attached diff.
