0038534: When no Batch of Tasks is generated, show proper message

DescriptionWhen no Batch of Tasks is generated, show proper message

As of now, the message shown to the user is only 'No Batch of Tasks generated'

It should show messages like 'No Stock available'

It is should be not mandatory to look into the Verbosity Log to understand the underlying problem unless it is an exceptional situation or a bug in the code.
Steps To ReproduceWhen no Batch of Tasks is generated, show proper message

As of now, the message shown to the user is only 'No Batch of Tasks generated'
