0037478: Replace ad_element reference to core for a to be removed element with a new custom one in the module

DescriptionIssue 37322 plans to remove many unused ad_process entries from ERP. Running synchronize terminology will auto-removed unused ad_element entries which are no longer required inside pi itself.

However this module org.openbravo.importdata references one of the auto-deleted ad_element_id = '1922' so would fail when just pushing 37322.

Easiest fix is to do small change in this module to remove the reference to the core ad_element_id and instead replace by a new custom ad_element entry in this module.

Rejecting as won't fix given that the module is unsupported.
