0037421: [BUT Issue 3556] Delete in C_import_entry_archive query too long

Description

The following executed query took more than 10 hours in BUT production environment (see attached images of Munin and pg_badger):

DELETE FROM C_Import_Entry_Archive WHERE Created & lt; now () - 30;
