0037404: [BUT Issue 3556] Delete in C_import_entry_archive query too long

DescriptionThe following executed query took more than 10 hours in BUT production environment (see attached images of Munin and pg_badger):

DELETE FROM C_Import_Entry_Archive WHERE Created & lt; now () - 30;

Fixed issue 37404. Added index to improve performance of C_IMPORT_ENTRY_ARCHIVE deletion.
