0037233: JDK 9: remove dependency on deprecated modules

DescriptionWhen building Openbravo with Java 9, it depends on two deprecated modules: java.activation and java.xml.ws.annotation.

These dependencies should be avoided as much as possible.

Note that since issue 0038130 the dependency is established with the inclusion of the following libraries:

- javax.annotation-api-1.2.jar
- javax.xml.soap-api-1.3.7.jar
- jaxb-api-2.2.12.jar
- jaxws-api-2.2.12.jar
