| Description | It is mandatory to have seen all buttons in online mode previously to be able to see them in offline mode. Otherwise, in offline mode, those images will not be loaded. It is also happening with some payment buttons. This is happening even with no records of "Web POS Product Images from server instead of cache" in Preference window or Remote mode. I have not been able to reproduce this issue in livebuilds PI or RR17Q3. | Steps To Reproduce | 0-Clear cache to simulate a first access and to have no loaded images. 1-In ONLINE mode, go to login POS screen and login as vallblanca. 2-Go OFFLINE. Click BROWSE and realise there are some products which image is not loaded (check attached images). 3-Add 1x "Avalanche transceiver". 4-Click Total Amount button and realise the Tick button is not loaded. 5-Delete that receipt. 6-Go ONLINE. Click BROWSE tab. All product images will be loaded. 7-Add 1x "Avalanche transceiver". 8-Click Total Amount button. Realise Tick button is not loaded yet. | |||||||

Furthermore, button icons and radio buttons don't and won't show in the Cash Up process when still working offline and in spite of going online during the cash-up. The attachments that depict this are icons_not_showing.png and radio_buttons_not_showing.png |

It seems this issue was induced by the "Show Product Search Key" module which status was "In development". Once that status has been changed, everything seems to work properly. |
